Evaluate construction costs and methods
Review contract drawings & specifications
Administrate contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, insurance, bonding, permits, close-out materials, and scheduling.
Have the responsibility for compliance with OSHA, ADA, Health Department, City/County of Pueblo Regulations, Utility Companies, and Pueblo Regional Building Dept.
Use state-of-the-art computer estimating programs, CPM scheduling programs, AutoCAD, and Windows XP.
